Circa 1987… hearing aids have come a long way!

Circa 1987 to 2020. Who else's parents kept your first pair of hearing aids and earmolds?

I think I missed the big clunky body worn hearing aids by only a few years because my hearing loss was mild when first diagnosed. I didn't need super power hearing aids until about age 10 years old (my hearing loss was progressive due to Enlarged Vestibular Aqueduct Syndrome + Pendred Syndrome).

On the left are analog hearing aids which had adjusted by a little eyeglass screwdriver on 3 little trim potentiometers! On the right are my fancy schmancy cochlear implant processors that have Bluetooth streaming capabilities to my iPhone, a multitude of options for programs and basically artificial intelligence #amiright?
